Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

The building serves for two purposes, as Care Center for Vitoria and suroundings and as Headquarters for the firm.
CHARACTERISTICS
-Individual settings for ALL the spaces in the building based on presence detection
-Integration of all systems in the building via different protocols: Ventilation, security & fire protection, surgery room, hydrotherapy pool, architectural lighting, Solar thermal instalation for HWS
-SmartMetering for the building and the rest of offices of the firm, up to 100 energy meter
-BMS solution based on PC
