Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Vietnam is a country with more than 1000 years of cultural history. Nowadays in the 21st century, Vietnamese people are pursuing a nature-friendly life.
Located in the old town of Hanoi, with an area of 8m x 15m and packed close in a series of houses adjacent to each other, there is an experience space that would stir up anyone's emotions called S+. This is a place that combines and promotes craftsmanship such as working with wood, rattan and leather in the operation of 282 Design along with JUNG's smart home technology, which's integrated by SEBENO Smarthome.
In addition to being an experience space, S + is also a venue for lectures on architecture, fine arts, art exhibitions and experience projects for students researching about construction and architecture.
Coming to S+ is to slow down your rhythm, to have a better understanding of your emotions in the midst of the chaos of life.
