Description des clients

Zweigeschossiges Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage im Zentrum von Meinerzhagen, großzügiger Wohnbereich mit offener Wohnküche, angrenzend Büro, Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsräume. Automatische Beschattung aller Fenster mit großer, lichtdurchfluteter Westfassade. Indirekte Beleuchtung füllt die Räume mit weichem Licht. Gedimmtes und automatisch geschaltetes Licht sorgt auch bei Dunkelheit für einen sicheren Weg durch das Gebäude, ohne die Bewohner zu wecken.
