Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
cognitive undertook a project where the KNX installation pre-existed with the aim of upgrading it to a visualization level. The customer asked for an easy way to manage their home and since he was a user of apple products, it was decided to use the 1home KNX server solution to be able to manage everything through the homekit application. The systems that have been integrated are the lighting, the shutters, and the entrance locks. In addition, users can give voice commands through Siri, making the operation and use much faster and easier.
