Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Loft 30m2 con domótica en Madrid. Máxima funcionalidad en menor tamaño. Este proyecto es un buen ejemplo de como una solución de domótica integral es también fundamental en una vivienda de pequeño tamaño como esta. La domótica aporta un gran valor añadido a un proyecto de reforma. Diseño, innovación y el máximo confort.
Facilidad y comodidad. Se trata de un proyecto donde la facilidad de uso y simplicidad era un objetivo fundamental, puesto que la vivienda va a ser utilizada para alquiler. De una forma fácil y sencilla cada nuevo inquilino dispone de todo el control de su loft, incluido el acceso inteligente sin necesidad de llaves
Escenarios de confort. Las escenas totalmente personalizables "llego a casa" y "salgo", "buenos días" o "buenas noches" crean el ambiente adecuado para cada ocasión
Control remoto. El control de la viviendas a través de Internet era una prestación imprescindible pudiendo acceder cada nuevo inquilino de una forma rápida y fácil.
