Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Vivienda totalmente automatizada con KNX definida como vivienda de consumo casi nulo. Consume únicamente energía eléctrica e integra energías renovables y aerotermia para la generación de calor y ACS. La integración de todos los sistemas en KNX se suma a la integración a su vez en un BMS Plattform de NETxAutomation de tecnología Modbus para metering, SNMP para gestión de NAS y redes y servicios HTTP para predicción meteorológica. Todos los sistemas, a su vez son operables mediante comandos por voz (Homekit de Apple y Alexa de Amazon). Las instalaciones se han diseñado desde el principio para poder ser fácilmente actualizables, dotándose de canalizaciones de múltiples colores para cada instalación y cajas de registro con carril DIN para ubicación de equipos KNX en campo. El exterior de la vivienda también se ha integrado con el resto de sistemas (farola DALI, portón, luces exteriores y de jardín).
