For this project located in Tirana, Albania, the implementation of a KNX system ensures seamless integration of various home technologies, offering the residents enhanced comfort, energy efficiency, security, and control. In this specific residential project, the KNX system has been designed to meet the unique lifestyle needs of the occupants. The lighting system is fully automated and can be controlled based on scenes, presence detection, or time schedules. Residents can easily create personalized lighting moods for different rooms such as the living room, kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom. Additionally, energy-efficient LED dimming and daylight-responsive controls contribute to reducing electricity consumption without compromising comfort
