Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Innovation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients

All devices are programmed in a single ETS6 project and respond to the same scenes. When the owner presses "Away" on the Inspinia panel: the lights go off (Astrum / eelectron), the curtains come down (Somfy), the HRV switches to economy mode (Zehnder), the underfloor heating drops by 2°C (Uponor), the intercom forwards calls to the phone (AKUVOX). One button, six systems — no separate apps, no cloud links. The two AKUVOX door stations (R29C at the main entrance, E18 at the secondary access) feature on-device facial recognition — the owners open the door without touching anything. eelectron sensors monitor presence in every room and air quality (CO₂, VOC, humidity), automatically triggering the Zehnder HRV when needed. Flood sensors in the bathrooms automatically close the central shut-off valve and send a notification to the app.
