Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Einfamilienhaus mit Einliegerwohnung. Es hat ca. 350qm Wohnfläche und die Elektroinstallation wurde Baubiologisch durchgeführt. Es wurden geschirmte Leitungen und schalterdosen verwendet. Die Schlafräume wurden mit Netzfreischalter realisiert. Deshalb war KNX sehr wichtig! Die Beleuchtung wurde über einen Lichtdesigner geplant. Die Beleuchtung wurde über Dali realisiert. In jedem Stockwerk sind displays für die Visu installiert. Die Visu wurde über den Eibport realisiert. Dadurch ist auch ein Fernzugriff möglich. Des Weiteren läuft auch die Gegensprechanlage darüber. Die Zutrittskontrolle ist über den E Key Fingerprint realisiert. Eine Alarmanlage wurde über den Logokeditor programmiert. Die Fußbodenheizung fährt Automatisch zu wenn das Fenster geöffnet wird. Es ist auch eine Automatische Umschaltung vom Heizen zum Kühlen über ein Signal der Wärmepumpe realisiert. Dies wird in jedem Raum angezeigt. Hauskraftwerk mit Ersatzstrom.
