Descrizione dei clienti

The PAEGA Project showcases the radical transformation of a historic 1920s industrial warehouse in Thessaloniki into a 14,000 sq.m. sustainable corporate headquarters for Deloitte Greece. Engineered to meet rigorous LEED standards, a unified KNX automation ecosystem acts as the central backbone for deep decarbonization and complex heritage retrofitting. To eliminate energy waste, KNX deploys Constant Light Control via high-precision lux sensors and DALI integration, leveraging the building's large industrial windows to maintain a steady 500 lux on workspaces. Micro-zoned presence networks dynamically shift HVAC units to eco-modes when zones are vacated, while KNX air-quality sensors execute Demand-Controlled Ventilation by modulating VAM recovery systems. Managed via a master KNX Web Server for continuous data-logging, PAEGA proves KNX can flawlessly breathe high-tech, zero-waste life into a century-old concrete landmark.
