Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
La sede di Zambon a Bresso si trova all'interno del campus scientifico OpenZone, un polo d'eccellenza dedicato alle Life Sciences che integra soluzioni avanzate per la sostenibilità e l'efficienza energetica.
I principali interventi di efficienza energetica e sostenibilità presso la sede includono:
Digitalizzazione e Sistemi Smart: L'adozione del sistema di sensori DALI per la gestione dell'illuminazione, che riduce il fabbisogno energetico e l'usura degli impianti regolandoli in base alle necessità reali.
Architettura Sostenibile: La nuova sede "Z-Life" e le recenti torri del campus (inaugurate nel 2022) utilizzano ampie superfici vetrate (circa 3.000 mq) per massimizzare la luce naturale, unite a materiali come il legno per ridurre l'impatto ambientale. Lo sviluppo del campus ha seguito standard di costruzione moderna orientati all'energia green, con un investimento complessivo di circa 69 milioni di euro per l'espansione e l'efficientamento delle strutture
