Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovación
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Descripción de los clientes
Für 2,5 Millionen Euro baut die Sportgemeinde Hünstetten einen Kunstrasenplatz, ein Kunstrasenkleinspielfeld, eine 400 Meter lange Umlaufbahn mit vier Laufbahnen, eine Weit- und Dreisprunganlage, eine Kugelstoßtrainingsanlage sowie ein Basketball- und Volleyballfeld.
Außerdem wird ein Vereinsheim gebaut, das als Funktionsgebäude dient und neben einer Vereinsgastronomie und modernen Kabinentrakt auch einen großen Tanz- & Gymnastikraum, sowie ein Fitnesscenter bietet. Im Außenbereich des Vereinsheims werden eine Terrasse, ein Kinderspielplatz und Parkplätze gebaut. Auf dem Nachbargelände der Anlage ist eine Fläche für Jugend- und Freizeitnutzung vorgesehen
Die Anlage ist das erste öffentliche CO2-neutrale Gebäude im Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis und produziert mit seiner 50KWp PV-Anlage mit 20KWh Speicher mehr Energie, als es mit seiner 14KW Flutlichtanlage verbraucht.
Dank KNX ist es auch komplett barrierefrei und praktisch ohne Schulung zu steuern und zu betreiben.
