Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Reconstruction of the historic Jánsky Manor – Bohumírovský in Liptovský Ján. The manor was built in the 18th century by Michal Szentiványi.
2022–2026 – Reconstruction:
The project transforms the original building into a boutique guesthouse with a capacity of 30 guests, combining historical character with modern comfort.
It is divided into four parts:
Historical Building – restoration of the manor with preserved original features and upgraded interiors.
Restaurant – stylish dining focused on regional cuisine.
Wellness – relaxation zone with spa facilities.
Grounds – revitalized outdoor area for leisure and social activities.
