Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Descripción de los clientes
Teav Smart Office is a 1,800 m² commercial KNX project completed in Muscat, Oman in 2025. The project uses KNX TP as the main automation infrastructure with ThinKnx visualization, wall-mounted touch screens, and mobile app control. A visual 3D building layout was added to the touch screen interface, allowing users and facility managers to navigate office areas and control each zone more easily. The system integrates DALI lighting and dimming, HVAC automation, smart blinds, presence and light sensors, room temperature control, smart glass privacy control, scenes, schedules, and energy-saving logic. Each office area operates independently based on occupancy, daylight, temperature, and working hours. The result is a coordinated smart office that improves employee comfort, privacy, energy efficiency, daily operation, and future expandability.
