Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Innovación

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Descripción de los clientes

Naarderheem is het nieuwe hoofdgebouw van zorggroep Vivium. Met 220 zorgkamers voor (geriatrische) zorgopvang, behandelkamers, restaurant en kantoren is het een mooi nieuw gebouw geworden. Ook voor mensen met Parkinson is in Naarderheem specialistische zorg. Heiligers als bouwpartner en Lomans als totaal installateur hebben in bouwteam dit gebouw voorzien van de laatste technologie binnen het gewenste budget. De doelstelling van de installatie was eenvoudig en functioneel en dat is dan ingevuld met een zeer uitgebreide KNX installatie. Met het maken van een Mock-up ruimte werd de eindgebruiker meegenomen in het proces en de uiteindelijke inrichting van de 220 zorgkamers. Dit heeft geresulteerd tot een uitstekend resultaat waar vooraf bijzonder goed over nagedacht is. Voorbeeld hiervan is de bediening van de KNX Elsner thermostaat. Eenvoudiger dan deze is er niet. Ook de Enocean afstandbediening zonder batterijen voor de verlichting bij het bed werd enthousiast ontvangen.
