The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

65 luxury apartments designed with premium high-end materials and fully integrated smart automation systems. The project includes a complete KNX automation solution with advanced lighting control, intelligent HVAC integration, centralized monitoring, and seamless user control through Zennio touch panels and thermostats. HVAC systems are fully connected with real-time error notifications and operational status displayed directly on the Zennio thermostats, including full control of cooling modes, fan speeds, and temperature settings. The apartments also feature energy-efficient power saving modes activated across all smart screens and control interfaces. Every automation element was carefully integrated with the interior design concept to maintain a modern, elegant, and luxury living experience while maximizing comfort, functionality, efficiency, and centralized control throughout the entire development.
