Customers Description

This project delivers an intelligent, fully integrated hotel room control solution that elevates guest comfort, operational efficiency and energy performance. Using KNX technology, each room seamlessly controls fan coil units, lighting, Make-Up Room, Do Not Disturb and doorbell functions, supported by bespoke EELECTRON wall panels to reflect Radisson RED branding. The system upgrades traditional keycard operation to true occupancy detection using sensors and door reeds, automatically placing unoccupied rooms into energy-saving mode by switching off lighting and placing fan coils into standby mode. KNX high-level integration links room status, booking, housekeeping and the BMS, enabling smarter control of chillers, boilers, pumps and plant equipment. Corridor lighting is controlled through EELECTRON DALI gateways, with integrated PIR, lux and temperature sensing, preserving architectural aesthetics while creating a mood atmosphere.
