Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
This hotel is a combination of lightning control, HVAC control, access control, room management and high efficiency. Located in Dhërmi, a few steps from Palasa Beach, Abonora Drymades provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers an ATM. The hotel features family rooms. The smart KNX presence detectors can activate all room energy including the lightning system and HVAC too and turning them off if there is no person in the room, making this project cost effective and highly efficient. Access control system on all rooms make easy monitoring the check ins for the costumers. Making sure that the reception is always aware and can control the situation of the room(DND, MUR, SOS, Room Presence).
