Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

This project aims to create an integrated and intelligent office environment control system that enhances comfort, energy efficiency, and productivity. This will be achieved by leveraging the power of KNX as the building automation backbone and DALI for precise lighting control.
Project Scope and Functionality:
Air Conditioning (HVAC) Control with KNX:
Programming schedules to turn air conditioning on and off or adjusting temperatures based on work and holiday times, significantly saving energy.
Automatically turning off the air conditioning when a window is opened or when no one is present (via presence sensors).
Controlling Blinds/Curtains with KNX:
Lighting Control (On/Off/Dim) with DALI and KNX:
Automatically turning off lights in offices or meeting areas when no one is present.
This project will provide a smart and sustainable work environment.
