Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Sanierung und Modernisierung Georg-Stieler-Haus – Gallasiniring 1, Fulda
Im Rahmen der umfassenden Sanierung und Umnutzung des ehemaligen Georg-Stieler-Hauses am Gallasiniring 1 in Fulda wurde durch Aymec Solutions GmbH & Co. KG die elektrotechnische Gebäudeausrüstung einschließlich einer modernen KNX-Gebäudeautomation umgesetzt. Das Bestandsgebäude wurde zu einem modernen Stadtteilzentrum mit Büro-, Beratungs-, Seminar- und multifunktionalen Räumen umgebaut.
Die KNX-Installation ermöglicht eine zentrale und bedarfsgerechte Steuerung der Gebäudefunktionen. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Beleuchtungssteuerung, Schalt- und Dimmfunktionen sowie die automatisierte Steuerung verschiedener Gebäudebereiche. Die einzelnen Nutzungsbereiche wurden entsprechend ihrer unterschiedlichen Anforderungen in das KNX-System integriert.
