Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Imagine a hotel where the ambience adjusts to seamlessly match the flow of your day. As you arrive, a welcoming glow guides your steps towards the entrance. Inside, public areas automatically adapt to pre-programmed light scenes, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the day and night. Week timers ensure these scenes transition effortlessly, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
A personalized welcome light scene is programmed to activate upon room entry, casting a warm, inviting glow that instantly sets the stage for a relaxing stay.
This , of course is impimented by the use of motion sensors that detect occupancy which also power down air conditioning and lights automatically in vacant spaces, translating to significant energy savings for the hotel.
But that's not all. Behind the scenes, a powerful visualization system that keeps the hotel staff informed and in control for DND, MUR and A/C Statuses of the Hotel rooms.
