Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
The building is fully controlled by KNX hardware/software, what results in easy management. Heating costs have been dramatically reduced by installation of individual room temperature controllers. Those devices are responsible for air condition controlling as well. Smart combination of sensors allow us to, for instance, reduce energy consumption by switching off the lights when everyone is out of the office or turn AC off for the same reason. We also monitor all the window contacts for both security reasons and switching off the heating or AC. Whole installation is coupled with Gira FacilityServer to record bus telegrams, allow remote access, provide dedicated and custom visualization panels, apply complex logic algorithms and more. Furthermore, some KNX bus devices are interconnected with alarm, access control and fire systems to help not only in emergency, but to ease everyday usage and rise working comfort.
