Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
During the renovation, in addition to the preservation of the interior design and historical values, special attention was paid to the building automation solutions, which were implemented in the spirit of modern comfort and sustainability. As a result of the coordinated operation of nearly 3,000 devices, we have created the largest KNX system in Hungary with the building automation system for controlling the 151 guest rooms, the conference room, the public spaces and corridors, as well as the wellness department and the facade lighting.
The lighting, shading and underfloor heating control of the guest rooms are automated, and the air ducted VRV indoor units can also be controlled according to the guests' needs. We also connected the BMS (Building Management System) system for controlling mechanical engineering and ventilation to the building automation system, thus enabling the coordinated operation of all functions of the building and the highest level of room comfort.
