Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
the project is a lighting control system through the KNX system to get different functions. the lighting is controlled switching and dimming.
the switching is done using actuators with current detection for future energy measurements.
The Dimming is done through Dali Gateways and Universal Dimming Actuators.
The lighting control system is used to achieve the functions using keypads, 7 inches of touch screens, 10 inches of touch screens, a presence detector with lux detection, and a workstation.
The system is integrated with Johnson Control's BMS systems through BACnet/IP Gateways.
The System has a high-reliability cause of redundancy using KNX IP Routers for the LAN Network and KNX Line Couplers for the KNX Network.
The System is interfaced with The Fire Alarm System using Binary Input Modules for Dry Contacts.
