Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Uffici firmati Renzo Piano Building Workshop Lo studio del celebre architetto italiano disegna la seconda riqualificazione del vecchio sito industriale Isotta-Fraschini, in passato occupato dalla sede del Sole 24 ore. Monte Rosa 91 è molto più di un ufficio. È un luogo della città, per una nuova Community, con punti Food & Beverage, uno spazio retail, l’Auditorium da 280 posti e un asilo per il quartiere. L'impianto KNX vede l'integrazione del sistema di climatizazione esistente gestito in bacnet. Relamping con sistema Dali e predisposizione ad una suddivisione degli ambienti adattabile alle esigenze dei vendor.
