Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Pour les rénovations, nous avons intégré de la vidéophonie et de la téléphonie afin de permettre aux personnes de voir qui se tient devant la porte et de l’ouvrir ou non. La porte s’ouvre via un web relais IP pour plus de sécurité. Concernant le chauffage, tout est géré grâce à des actionneurs KNX, des sondes de température et un écran de contrôle. Ce dernier permet de gérer les températures de consigne suivant les différents horaires. Nous avons mis en place une visualisation pour les smartphones.
Concernant le snoezelen, le souhait de notre client était de créer un endroit où les personnes handicapées pourraient éveiller leur sens. Pour répondre à ce besoin, nous avons mis en place une série de scénarios activés par des interrupteurs. Ces derniers permettent de varier l’intensité des lampes, changer la couleur des bandeaux LED et lancer les différentes playlists sur les haut-p
