Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
MICROSOFT Office at Frasers Tower located in Singapore. The Project building consist of Open office ,meeting rooms, Conference rooms, Tech Lab, pantry and discussion area. Lighting Controls through DALI gateway, Relay actuators, control modules, Scheduling, Master Control and Interface with Audio Video System and Building Management System. iPAD Control for every individual floor- consists of 6 floor. The KNX project was initiated to enhance automation and control in this villa project, focusing on energy efficiency, user comfort, and scalability. Key features included smart lighting and HVAC systems that adapt to occupancy and natural light, along with integrated security measures. The implementation involved thorough planning, strategic installation of KNX devices, and extensive testing to ensure seamless operation. Despite challenges like compatibility with legacy systems, solutions such as KNX gateways were employed to facilitate integration.
