Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
In office buildings, it is very important to control the lighting, cooling and heating systems. A good and practical solution can provide comfort and optimal use of these systems and also be economical. This project is in 10 office floors and is built with the best materials. And also the intelligent system is one of the important features of this building. The light control of the meeting room of this project is done using the Dali protocol. Also, the control of the security system is done using logic writing in the Astrum server. The whole project is done using the server. ABB can be controlled locally and remotely. In this project, we control the lighting, fan coil, lighting control with the Dali protocol.
