Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Innovation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients

Management, control and monitoring of all technical systems in and around hospital operating rooms, including alarm management. The system supports the mission on infection prevention and actual execution of implemented procedures. All functions and alarms are displayed and controled on touch screens inside the OR's and the control room. The actual status of the rooms, including information on the ongoing procedures, are displayed outside the room in order to limit the number of door openings and communication with the surgical teams. Technical alarms are routed automatically to the hospitals SCADA system for immediate action or planned maintenance. Main control items: alarm management, RGBW ceiling (64 individual drivers, 8 groups, 16 scenes), Temperature, Humidity, differential air pressure, absolute air pressure, airflow, Sunscreens, doorcounters, door open time per procedure and per day, data storage, reporting,
