Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
The project is a recontruction of the office building for new companies that rent office spaces in the beatyfull harbor area of the old danish beer manufactor Tuborg.
The project had a big focus on the energy consumtion of lightning and HVAC functions of the renovation therefore we installed complete room automation with heating, cooling and ventilation in meeting spaces and office rooms. In every room we use LED DALI lightning that all are daylight controlled lightning. Water meters, heating meters, door telephone systems integration.
Visualisation for 3 building for complete control for both HVAC and lightning for the building inspectors and water/heating/electrical metering integration. Integration to via BACNET to Central ventilation systems. 16" touchpanels in reception on each floor for controling the rooms. Small GIRA touchscreens in almost every room for induvidually controlling the rooms.
