Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

La marca W ha sido emblema de innovación y vanguardia. El Hotel W de la Ciudad de México con 10 años de operación empezó una renovación total, donde una de las estrellas principales que le ha dado vida al nuevo diseño es el potente sistema de control.
Se han controlado todas las zonas del hotel incluyendo Habitaciones, salones de eventos, spa, restaurantes, living, cuartos de máquina.
Se instaló un sistema de visualización y control de todos los sistemas y monitoreo de KPI´s.
El control de las habitaciones incluye control de iluminación mediante escenarios controlados por teclados, y tarjetero; control de clima mediante termostato programado en modo automático, control de contactos para ahorro energético, control de persianas, control de TV para encendido y apagado mediante escenarios.
La ampliación del sistema considera una APP de experiencia para el usuario donde el huésped al registrar su check in tener el control total de la habitación en su movil.
