Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This project is a four-storey luxury residential refurbishment in Belgravia, London, delivering a fully integrated KNX automation system across the entire property. The system unifies lighting, HVAC, shading, security, and AV distribution into a single open protocol platform, enabling seamless interaction between all building services. Advanced KNX control strategies provide zoned environmental management, presence-based automation, timed functions, and central scene control across multiple living areas. Integration with third-party AV and building systems ensures a cohesive and user-friendly experience, while maintaining flexibility, scalability, and long-term reliability. The project demonstrates a high level of technical complexity and coordination, showcasing KNX as a robust solution for premium residential smart home automation.
