Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Descripción de los clientes
Private villa of 6000+ m2 fully equipped with KNX system, ComfortClick server, HMI and Touch devices. Integrated Philips Color kinetics decorative lighting system controlled via KNX with created scenes, as well as individual color adjustment in 16M colors. Complete automation of the object, HVAC, lighting, curtains and intercom are part of the KNX system. Visualization was performed on ComfortClick for the needs of the owner, security and support staff. Client has the option to call the staff via KNX, so they receive a sound message and a notification on their smart devices. Villa has an underground go-kart track, a wine cellar, a sauna, a music studio, a fitness room, 4 swimming pools and other facilities. It represents the vision of the owner and is currently the largest private residence in Southeast Europe.
