Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This luxury residence in Lefkada, Greece, is equipped with a comprehensive KNX automation system designed to provide comfort, flexibility and intuitive control throughout the property. The installation integrates lighting, shutters, underfloor heating, VRV air conditioning, Sonos multi-room audio, touch panels and remote control through 1Home. Custom scenes such as Home, Away, BBQ, Movie Night and Emergency Mode combine multiple functions into simple user actions. The KNX system provides reliable communication between different technologies while allowing future expansion and easy adaptation to the owners’ needs. Special attention was given to user-friendly operation, central control and seamless integration of climate, lighting, shading and entertainment systems.
