Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Este proyecto demuestra cómo las instituciones educativas en Chile, pueden convertirse en facilitadores estratégicos para la adopción de estándares abiertos de automatización de edificios, contribuyendo a satisfacer la creciente demanda de profesionales cualificados en edificios inteligentes, eficiencia energética y digitalización.
Logros clave
• 11 laboratorios KNX implementados en todo Chile
• Cobertura educativa a nivel nacional en diversas regiones
• Más de 500 estudiantes capacitados anualmente
• El 100% de los docentes participantes están certificados como Socios KNX.
Esta iniciativa representa uno de los programas de implementación educativa de KNX más grandes de Chile y sirve como modelo replicable para el desarrollo de futuros profesionales KNX en toda Latinoamérica.
