Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovación
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Le projet TORRETTA Smart Lounge & Restaurant met en œuvre la technologie KNX afin d’offrir une expérience client unique grâce à une gestion intelligente des installations techniques. L’éclairage RGB et l’éclairage blanc à variation sont pilotés par des scénarios personnalisés adaptés aux différents moments de la journée et aux ambiances du restaurant. La sonorisation multi-zone est entièrement intégrée afin de diffuser une ambiance musicale adaptée à chaque espace. La climatisation est régulée automatiquement, tandis que la qualité de l’air est surveillée en permanence grâce à des capteurs de CO₂, de température et d’humidité commandant le renouvellement d’air. L’ensemble des installations est supervisé de manière centralisée afin d’améliorer le confort des clients, de simplifier l’exploitation et d’optimiser les consommations énergétiques.
