Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This Villa is fully controlled using KNX system, the client can control with everything using his smartphone and tablet * Controlling all lights as Switching and Dimming * Controlling the opening and Closing of the curtains. * Controlling the security Alarm system as activation and deactivation of the system when at home or at leaving home. * Secure the the doors and windows using binary input systems. * Make a modes and sceneries of different modes as night mode, Morning Mode, Leaving home mode and etc, * Using Power Meter to calculte the electrical consumption and for saving energy
