Descripción detallada
Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovación
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Descripción de los clientes
Saint Nikolas Retreat is located in Faraklata, a picturesque, traditional village in and close to the capital city, Argostoli.
It consists of 2 villas which are 45 m2 & 40 m2, ideal for 3 people each.
The second has its own exterior jacuzzi and both possess their own privacy, but may be also combined for big families or close friends.
Customers can control everything from their smart devices during their stay. KNX presence sensors are installed and they function as virtual card holders so there is no need for cards. With the help of a KNX server, we manage to integrate IOT door locks with KNX.
