Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Dieses 6 Familienhaus wurde komplett mit KNX installiert, um dem Vermieter sowie den Mietern hohen Komfort zu bieten. Der Gedanke dabei ist Automation, alle Zähler werden erfasst und den Vermieter sowie den jeweiligen Mieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle System Relevanten Geräte wie Wärmepumpe, Rauchmelder und Heizkreisverteiler werden Überwacht auf Störung und Alarm, so das E-Mails versendet werden und Szenen ausgelöst werden. Mit einer Wetterstation und einer Bodensonde erzeugen wir Logiken wie Schnee Alarm oder Bodenfrost woraufhin E-Mails an den Winterdienst verschickt werden. Jede dieser 6 Wohnungen besitzt ein Gira G1 Display worüber die Wohnung bedient werden kann und der Türruf empfangen werden kann. Außerdem hat jeder Mieter Fernzugriff über eine App auf seine Wohnung und der Türsprechanlage und kann so von überall auf der Welt seine Wohnung bedienen oder Türrufe annehmen.
