Bereichs-/Linienkoppler

The Area/Line Coupler connects two KNX lines, segments, or areas in terms of data technology and ensures galvanic isolation. It can be operated as an area, line, or segment coupler (from ETS 6.1.1) or as an amplifier (up to ETS 5.7.7) and is mounted on top-hat rails in small distribution boards in accordance with IEC 60715. The device is KNX Data Secure compatible and has a Secure Proxy for connecting an unencrypted line to an encrypted line. It offers manual control for deactivating the filter functions and is housed in a space-saving 1-TE enclosure.
