The KNX secure Weather station pro consists of a **WAREMA Weather station pro and a KNX secure Sensor Interface** in the surface-mounted housing. It records the following weather data: • Brightness from 4 compass directions • Global radiation from 4 compass directions • Dawn/dusk • Wind speed • Wind direction • Precipitation • Global radiation • Outside temperature • GPS The KNX secure Weather station pro is equipped with over 16 pre-configured sun shading channels and 8 security channels which allow the sun shading system to be easily and safely automated with typical functions and dependencies. In addition to the sun shading channels, sensor evaluations based on the available sensor data, and 10 additional generic sensor evaluations can be activated. These can be usefully linked to extended functions using 10 combined sensor evaluations. For simple logic and timer functions, there are also 16 functions available that can be parameterised as either logic or timer. The KNX secure Weather station pro can also use external measuring values to implement control functions. Additional functions: transmitting weather data to the KNX bus, updateable via the ETS Service App, definable alias names, limit values can be changed via GOs, internal monitoring of the communication from the external and internal unit incl. status message via 1 bit, integrated sun position calculation including slat tracking, additional 3-byte object for combined control of product position and slat angle, ice alarm, parameter for heating and cooling support, enable and disable object per sun shading channel, integrated timer function, integrated logic gates, triggerable timer for creating time-controlled move commands or scenarios.  The external and internal unit are connected via a separately monitored bus line and recognise each other automatically. The device supports the KNX secure standard.
