Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
The project consists of 8 standalone villas each required audio and AC integation.A LogicMachine KNX controller was used as the central integration gateway, enabling communication between KNX and third-party systems.
The Samsung VRF air-conditioning system was integrated via BACnet, allowing HVAC monitoring and control directly through the KNX infrastructure. Users could operate climate functions from KNX keypads and interfaces without requiring a separate HVAC control platform.
For audio integration, a TOA 9000M2 mixer/amplifier was connected through RS-232 communication, enabling control of audio functions such as power, source selection, and volume adjustment from KNX. A WiiM Pro music streamer was integrated using its network API, providing access to digital music sources and playback control, Audio titles within the same automation environment.
Controller allowed us to use scripting language like LUA script to perfom logic and api calls and pass it to KNX TP.
