Customers Description

Projects consists of 40 buildings. Each building is having from 7 floors. Building common facility is controlled by motion sensor, timer schedule, photocell. Corridor lights are controlled for 50% and 100% lights. i.e. if there is an occupancy 100% lights will be turned ON and after the delay OFF time expires, lights will go in to 50% brightness. This 50% brightness is kept ON for security reason. This lights(circuit) will be kept ON for 24 hours and next day this lights will be controlled by motion sensor and the other circuit will be kept ON. This will repeat wise-versa. KNX is integrated to BMS through BACnet/IP. IntesisBox is used for this purpose.
