Customers Description
Der Grundstein für den Allianz Campus in Adlershof, Berlin, wurde am 22. September 2016 gelegt. Die drei Gebäude mit flexibler Bürogestaltung befinden sich auf einer Fläche von 27.000 m2 am Eingang zum Technologiepark Adlershof zwischen Rudower Chaussee und Hans-Schmidt -Straße. Der Neubau mit flexibler Bürogestaltung wird durch zwei Fußgängerbrücken über die Merlitzstraße verbunden. Die Gewerbeflächen sind über die Arkaden an der Rudower Chaussee zu erreichen. Jedes Gebäude hat fünf Stockwerke. Grünflächen zieren die Innenhöfe rund um die Gebäude. Die Gebäudetechnik befindet sich im Keller und auf dem Dach.
