Building with 3 floors.
The basement contains a self-contained apartment and two storage rooms. The first and second floors combine to form one large apartment. Room controllers: MDT Glass Pushbutton 2 Smart, as well as MDT Glass Pushbutton 2 Light or MDT Pushbutton Light 55 in selected locations for smaller control requirements. Visualization: Zennio Z70 and app visualization via Gira X1 in the basement. An X1 for app visualization and a Gira S1 for secure remote access are installed on the first floor. A Gira G1 will be integrated there later. Controllable functions include: central lighting and blind controls, switching and dimming of lights (both relative and absolute), individual blind control with direct height adjustment, and individual room heating control for the underfloor heating.
