Dies ermöglicht die individuelle Steuerung von Licht, Beschattung und Klima je Wohnung. Betreiber profitieren von einem Kontrollzentrum für Technik, Störmeldungen, Zutritt, Energie und E-Mobilität. Ein zentraler Server mit detaillierter Rechteverwaltung sichert den Zugriff. Die Bedienung für jede Wohnung erfolgt intuitiv mittels Grundrissvisualisierung oder Kachelansicht.
