Dit is een penthouse appartement voor bewoner in rolstoel
Wegens zijn beperking moet alles in teken staan van zijn mobiliteit.
Daarom dat alles vlot bedienbaar moet zijn en van op afstand bediend kunnen worden
Hiervoor werken we ook via IP om tablets en telefoons te kunnen gebruiken om alles te bedienen .
Voordeur appartement moet kunnen geopend worden via codeklavier maar ook via telefoon.
RF hebben.we nodig om alarm drukknoppen te plaatsen waar bewoner zit of ligt .
Tevens pushmeldingen bij nood
Dan ook voor energietransitie moet alles :
Gemonitord worden van verbruik en sturing van apparatuur voor door KNX systeem om zo zuinig mogelijk appartement te hebben
Dit gekoppeld aan warmtepompen , zonnepanelen en ventilatie.
