Customers Description
The project led to the renovation of a three-level penthouse in the center of Milan. Inside, design and technology merge, leaving those who enter fascinated. During the course of the day the lights inside the home are switched on using presence sensors and dimmed automatically, while also allowing manual intervention, increasing as the external light increases and fading in the darkest hours to increase visual comfort. Shades, shutters, curtains and the opening of the windows are regulated on the basis of times and external temperatures to optimize the management of internal temperatures in support of the heating and cooling systems present. Everything can be managed remotely via the supervisory system which allows access to all the systems in the home.
