Customers Description
In deze nieuwbouwvilla is vanaf de bouw rekening gehouden met de installatie van een KNX systeem. Het systeem regelt de verlichting in het gehele huis op basis van individuele bediening, maar vooral op basis van sferen. Daar waar nuttig is de besturing van de verlichting ook geautomatiseerd, zo gaan bepaalde lampen aan bij zonsondergang. Uniek in dit project is de integratie met het Philips Hue systeem waarmee nog meer individuele verlichting kan worden gestuurd. Zo is de sfeer in de badkamer afhankelijk van het moment van de dag, wordt men wakker met helder ochtendlicht.
Zonwering wordt bestuurd op basis van de temperatuur in de slaapkamers, en worden bepaalde ruimtes als de badkamer losgekoppeld van de vloerverwarming als de warmtepomp gaat koelen.
