Customers Description
In vicinanza di Como a Cernobbio, sul promontorio con splendida vista lago è stata ristrutturata una villa, destinata ad abitazione e B&B, dotata di piscina e camere confortevoli. L'automazione KNX gestisce l'accesso alla struttura ed alle singole camere, l'illuminazione sia interna che esterna, le tapparelle e la climatizzazione estiva (per mezzo di split) ed invernale (utilizzando i caloriferi presenti o i nuovi pannelli radianti, con gli split come back-up). Gli split sono su bus proprietario interfacciati tramite gateway. Il sistema di supervisione su web server permette di programmare degli orologi per la gestione sia dell'illuminazione che della climatizzazione.
